Terms and conditions for Technical Support Services Agreements
This page explains the terms and conditions which apply to our Technical Support Services Agreements.
We offer Technical support in different forms :
- Through 8x5x365@next business day support contracts. Subscribing to such a services agreement means that you'll be sure to receive an answer to any problem encountered using our sofware before the end of the next business day, free of charge. Yearly pricing for such contracts is computed as defined in the formula below :
(100.0xNbPrintServers)+(2.5xNbPrinters)+(0.04xNbUsers) EURO
So if you've got a single print server, 20 printers and 3000 users you would pay the yearly, VAT included, price of :
(100x1)+(2.5x20)+(0.04x3000) = 270 EURO
Please download, print, fill-in and send back by snail mail two copies of our services agreements, which are available in PDF format either in english or in french. We will then sign both copies, send one of them back to you along with an invoice, and open an account for you on our trouble ticketing system.
- Or on a per incident basis. Our rates in this case are 100 EURO/hour, not fractionable but VAT included. Diagnostic and resolution of the problem can be done remotely through Telnet or preferably SSH if needed.
- We can also come on site. In this case our rates are 900 EURO/day, not including travel and food expenses. IMPORTANT : If you are located outside of France's metropolitan area, half of the planned total has to be paid up front.
