PyKota Official packages are packages manually made by PyKota's main author to allow non-developpers to more easily install PyKota.

Official packages differ from releases downloaded with subversion :

  - They include the complete documentation in PDF and HTML formats in addition to the source SGML format 
    which is available in the releases downloaded with subversion.

  - Their version number contain the word "Official", this version number appears in the web interface or   
    anytime an user sees the help or manual page of a PyKota command line tool. This is the proof that
    you contributed to the PyKota project, either by sponsoring it, or by giving source code or
    general help.
