pkusers is the command line tool with which you'll manage users and users groups.
When you create an user or an users group with this command, don't forget to also create print quota entries for this user or group on all printers said user or group is allowed to print. To do this you have to use the edpykota command line tool.
pkusers accepts many command line options, please see its manual page for details.
