SQLite is a public domain embeddable relational database engine freely available from http://www.sqlite.org
It offers the ideal choice for people who want to use PyKota on a single print server and don't want to use more powerful engines like PostgreSQL or OpenLDAP.
SQLite support is included in PyKota since v1.24alpha4, and is currently EXPERIMENTAL.
In particular, you'll want to avoid long running concurrent processes.
