Summary of changes :
- Added support for all file formats supported by the Python Imaging Library.
- Added support for Hewlett-Packard LIDIL format, as produced for example by hpijs or some native printer drivers.
- Improved general reliability.
- Improved detection of PCL/3/4/5 jobs.
- Major code cleaning.
